Alchemy of the Soul: A Transformation through Breath, movement and love
York, Maine | September 11-13, 2020
Alchemy: a seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination.
When you start to feel all the pieces falling into place for that present moment.
When you feel aligned
When you trust your gut
When your soul feels nurtured and loved
When you embrace your journey
Kacy has created this weekend for any person looking to nurture. To deepen their practice. To find their breath. To feel alive again.
With a heavy emphasis on our Chakra system we will flow, and hold, and chant, and breathe through our weekend together, with the goal being to JUST BE. Show up as you are.
Relaxation and peace are encouraged, all levels welcome.
I also welcome seacoast area chef, Samantha Berry, who will be cooking us soul nurturing meals (meat and dairy free).
Enchanting Ocean View Cottage in York Beach, ME, Indulge Yourself at this Magical Paradise by the Sea:
At Robin Hill, you will find an elegant and tastefully decorated home. Guests are welcomed to the property with the sight of a beautiful water fountain by the entryway. Stepping inside, the foyer greets guests with a grande hutch that has been kissed by an artisian's whimsical rendition of 'les outils d'un jardinier.' Walking through, the guest will be awed by the large kitchen, wood floor and cabinets, granite counter tops, and wooden post and beams on the ceilings. This kitchen opens to a more casual dining nook, with a table for four, and a pellet stove. Walking through French doors, the guest enters the formal dining room. A beautiful trestle table for 8 is in the center of the room. A large window reveals the amazing yard and ocean view. Walking further brings you to the front door and the front porch or if you continue on, the first of three living rooms. The first living room is painted teal with floral curtains, has a library and linen covered sofas. The second living room has an antique motif. The third living room has a nautical theme where one could go to to find one's solitude or read and relax.
The house boasts five large bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half baths, and six fireplaces. The second floor has two verandas that over look the billowing one acre yard and the ocean. Cape Neddick Harbor and beach is a 1 minute walk from the house (300 yards.)
