Yoga Outside

As the smell of lilacs seduce the senses, the days become much longer, and we get to take evening walks in shorts and T-shirts- yoga classes outside are brewing!

I can’t wait to spend the New England Summer with you!

Life lately:

Making batches of Dandelion Jelly- YUM!

Trying to let myself celebrate more for one of my most successful years!!

Diving deeply into devotion. I’ve been peeling my heart wide open in Bhakti, and would have it no other way.

I’ll be teaching my Thursday class at The Viewpoint Hotel again outside from 8-9am every Thursday starting June 4th until early September!

I’ll also be covering three Tuesdays: May 26th, June 2nd & June 9th

Sunday morning beach yoga with Yoga on York at York Harbor Beach! 7-8am on the following Sundays:

June 28th, July 19th, August 16th
