I’ve planned your amazing excursions so you can experience true culture where you travel. We’re not here to check off boxes and say “I’ve been there". We’re here to unpack physically, emotionally, mentally and REPLENISH.

I’m looking for the last person, or two people who are ready to experience retreating. More than a vacation, rather a week of adventure, or practice, of community, of tools that you can take back home and feel reignited and inspired once again!

Retreats are for any level of yoga practitioner, even if you haven’t started! In Greece, my assistant, Gail will be offering a beginners workshop to help you learn some of the fundamentals of yoga. I also invite you to Join me virtually in PAUSE so you can experience the benefits of mindfulness, breathwork and yoga Nidra. Details below!
