Maybe for today you let your hair down. Let your forehead rest on the Earth. Maybe you just breathe. Every yoga class doesn’t have to be transformational. It can be good practice to show up and ask “what can I offer to this space today?” If we’re always looking to receive, we miss the mark of what this practice is truly about. Maybe today you have an abundance of grounding energy, so when you rest in child’s pose, you offer this grounding energy back into the Earth. Maybe today you have an abundance of joy, and so you offer this Joy to every other practitioner in the room with you. Let yoga be what it was meant to be: a daily devotion to sky, to Earth, to body, to mind, to all 🕊️
