Retreat Into Nature
Time to press pause. Enjoy a balance of introspection through yoga and relaxation and connection through community both here and throughout the Island. The Yoga Experience is a link back to your inner self and nature—a space to dream. A womb to deeply relax. I’ve rented space at a gorgeous, down to Earth location, Nectar Yoga. A retreat space for you to relax, recharge and renew. To allow the space and time to reawaken the beauty within. The center is spacious and beautifully decorated to provide comfort, ease and peace. An on-site chef will make sure your body is fed well with locally sourced and home grown foods. Kacy will be sure to make this week worthwhile through practices, guidance, support and encouragement of growth.
Aside from the itinerary some outdoor pursuits in the late Summer include hiking, swimming, hot tub, town exploration and more.

Comfy beds, soft linens, fluffy pillows and a reading window seat offer perfect places to snuggle up to a loved one, or with a good book. Wake up and take a morning shower in the gorgeous bathroom, or take it outside in the steamy, outdoor shower adjoining the bathroom. A covered porch lined with warm cedar perches you with a perfect view of the property’s centerpiece, our magnificent maple and alder trees.

How your day may look..
Start your day reconnecting with your body. After some grounding, conscious breathwork we’ll flow into our asana practice to awaken the body and consciously approach the day.
After our morning practices, we’ll meet in Lodge and gather around the long harvest table to enjoy breakfast. Every vegetarian breakfast is prepared with love and intention and is made with locally-grown, organic ingredients—they source from Bowen Island or BC’s west coast as often as possible. Sip your choice of coffee or tea, and break bread with those around you. Vegan and gluten-free options are available upon request.
