Kacy has been leading international and domestic yoga retreats since 2017 and she is SO excited to be heading back to Costa Rica again! This week will be full of twice daily yoga asana, daily meditation, breath work, connection, trust and vulnerability.

THE JOURNEY TO WELLBEING BEGINS WITH A SINGLE STEP!
Enjoy your week away diving into the practices that light you up, that calm you down and nourish your soul. Relax at the infinity pool after a fantastic night’s sleep in your room. Dine in the open air poolside dining area and make friends. Always wanted to surf? Now is your chance!. Heal in the gong bath and sound therapy workshop and indulge in local activities such as zip lining the jungle canopy, take a catamaran tour, SUP or kayak the mangroves or take an ATV tour of the coffee plantation!. This week is YOURS. I serve as your guide and am here to help you enjoy, relax and renew.
THE AREA
The retreat center is located in Nosara, Costa Rica, a quiet surf town known for its world class surf breaks, yoga, and chill vibe. We are nestled on top of a quiet ridge in Playa Pelada, which provides a private and an exclusive space for retreat groups to experience transformation in an intimate setting, while remaining close enough to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
The Guanacaste Peninsula is home to one of the five blue zones in the world. People in blue zones are known for living longer, happier, healthier lives than the average person. When you stay here we want you to revitalize your mind, body, spirit, and soul so you can return home to live the Pura Vida life.

THE YOGA SHALA
Relax and rejuvenate in the open air yoga shala full of high quality props to bring your yoga experience to the next level while maintaining a safe and comfortable practice.
The gated complex has the capability to sleep 24 people in individual beds, with private and shared room options.
The rooms offer modern amenities including air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, and bathroom products from Raw Botanicals including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand & face soap, and body lotion. Each room is unique and offer outdoor spaces to enjoy the sounds of nature and the crashing of the Pacific Ocean.
DHARMA DELUXE
Large studio villa, intended as a shared room for your retreat. If vacationing this space is perfect for close friends or family as it includes three king size beds (or six twin beds), air conditioning, full kitchen, and a bathroom. Step outside onto the large, covered wood patio, that seconds as the Yoga Shala, while you enjoy the open air breezes and expansive ocean views of Playa Pelada. Relax in one of the hammock chairs while you watch the sunset over the Pacific.

DHARMA DOUBLE
The Double Queen studio is perfect for a couple or friends sharing a room on a retreat. Enjoy this spacious villa with jungle and pool views, two queen beds, air conditioning, kitchenette, and bathroom. The large, covered wood patio includes 2-person outdoor table and seating area is the perfect spot to sit back relax and enjoy the surrounding sounds of the jungle.

DHARMA PENTHOUSE
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse villa is one of the best on the property. Enjoy the expansive ocean views of Pelada and Guiones, along with ocean breezes while you watch the sunset over the Pacific on your large, covered patio. The Dharma Penthouse has everything you need including kitchen, living room, air conditioning, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the jungle and views.

Enjoy this space with friends or other members on your retreat with central AC, full kitchen, living room, large balcony and outdoor table. Relax on the porch with a book in one of the 4 hammock chairs enjoying the ocean breeze and watching the sun set over the Pacific.
