Join Kacy, advanced pranayama and Meditation instructor for this four week series all about breathing for vitality and meditation techniques to connect you to your highest self.

Kacy has been teaching yoga for over eight years and dove much deeper into both meditation and pranayama early on seeing a need to develop these limbs in practice. She has also trained to teach yoga for addiction recovery and yoga for TBI survivors.

This four week virtual series will give you the knowledge and understanding you need to find the pranayama & meditation techniques best suited for you exactly where you are now with many additional practices available for when you feel ready to incorporate them. We will learn various pranayama practices for relieving anxiety, depression, increasing life force and finding harmony within. The meditation practices we will explore will be various and catered to you.
