    Join Kacy for a 60 minute slow flow to all levels practice outside at the gorgeous View Point Hotel in York, Maine. Yoga will take place overlooking the Nubble Lighthouse. Mats can be provided but we recommend you bring your own! Arrive early and be sure to sign up in advance. Classes begin Memorial Day week!

Expect yin and restorative postures, yoga nidra upon closing and soothing herbal tea to aid your slumber. We invite you to unwind and recharge with us, no experience is necessary!

    Join Kacy for a super fun and invigorating partner yoga class! Bring a loved one, a friend or anyone you choose. The poses offered are made accessible to all. This 90-minute class will be filled with connection, laughter and open mindedness as we learn to hold shapes supported by another body. Dress as you would for yoga class and bring water!
