Join Kacy for a week on Portugal’s untouched Atlantic coast. The week will be filled with yogic philosophy alongside practices such as pranayam, asana, meditation and more. I invite you to lay your worries aside and live with intention for the week. Your belly will be full, your heart cracked open and your inner child excited with the newness around you.
In the Algarve, a land bathed in golden light, every dawn weaves a story where history whispers along the cobbled streets and rugged cliffs. The Atlantic's murmur resonates through Tavira, Cacela Velha, and tranquil Fábrica. As you wander from the historical paths of Tavira to Fábrica's serene shores, the Algarve unfolds not just as a destination but as an odyssey of discovery, where each view is a narrative, and every moment is a memory in the making. This is the Algarve - an intricate dance of history, culture, and natural splendour, crafting journeys that linger long after the journey's end.

QUINTA DO MURO | PORTUGAL
Thirteen hectares of gardens, orchards, and ancient olive trees, set above the Ria Formosa on the quiet eastern coast of the Algarve. Designed by the French architect Pierre-Louis Faloci between 1983 and 1987, the estate sits minutes from the historic village of Cacela Velha. Dip in the pool, walk the gardens, stroll the beach, indulge in your senses.

I am dedicated to guiding and supporting practitioners of all levels into the depths of self inquiry by emphasizing personal empowerment and encouraging the strength to embrace emotional processing. I truly aim to offer services that shed light on incorporating the nature of yoga and plant medicine with all other aspects of life; the true essence of Ahimsa.My yogic teachings are heavily rooted in pranayama and meditation to help practitioners find inner and outer peace.

Please plan to fly into Faro Airport FAO, grab a car or coordinated transport for a short drive of 45 minutes to our estate.

No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, this is why I have created the policy to obtain travel insurance as all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
